Introduction
Our roots date back to 15 July 1989, when the first company bearing the name FÉMALK was established. After several changes in legal form, its legal successor is today’s FÉMALK Zrt. Although the company operates as a private limited company, it remains wholly owned by a single private individual, Dr. József Sándor.

FÉMALK Zrt has established and maintained its position among the leading automotive suppliers only through the gradual introduction, implementation, and application of the standards relevant to this industry.
To safeguard our market-leading position, the continuous development of all areas, departments, and processes is essential.
Our company was among the first in Hungary to introduce the automotive quality management standard IATF 16949:2016. In addition, we operate the following management systems:
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management System
- TISAX – Information security
- NIS2 – Cybersecurity
The certifications are reviewed through regular audits and ensure the continuous compliance and further development of these systems.
